Common questions

What age groups do you cater for?

Calf Education is designed for students aged 7 to 15, covering primary and early secondary school years.

For students already enrolled in the program, we continue to support them through Years 10 to 12. However, initial enrolment is focused on earlier year levels to ensure a strong foundation is built from the start.

This ensures students develop strong foundation skills early, which are essential for long-term success in mathematics.

What is the difference between the two pricing packages?

The term package is $45 per week, paid upfront for a 10-week term. This option offers the best value, secures your child’s place in a class, and supports consistent progress. This package also allows for one week of absence, allowing flexibility across an 11-week period.

The weekly package is $60 per week and offers full flexibility with no long-term commitment, making it suitable for short-term or trial arrangements.

How does the orientation session work?

The orientation session is a complimentary, no-obligation session, where we get to know your child, assess their current level, and identify areas for improvement. We will also explain how the program works and how it can best support your child’s learning. There is no cost and no pressure to commit.

What if my child misses a class?

The term package includes one week of absence per term, allowing the 20 sessions to be completed over an 11-week period. This provides flexibility while maintaining consistency and ensuring students stay on track.

How long are the sessions and how often?

Sessions run for 45 minutes, twice per week – every Tuesday and Thursday. Three time slots are available each day to suit different family schedules, with a 5-10 minute flexibility window at the start and finish.

Is homework provided?

Yes – short, targeted worksheets are provided between sessions for approximately 5-30 minutes. Homework is designed to reinforce learning, build confidence, and maintain practice at a manageable level.
